The purpose of the consultation is for us to get to know one another! For us to feel each other out and become more comfortable before your session. You can tell me as much or as little as you like for me to understand how I can balance your overall energy. We will discuss the methods used and the benefits of them during your session, your concerns or any questions you may have. This meeting can take place on a phone call or in person at the Intuitive Hands studio. Whichever is most convenient for you!
During our session I will first scan the body for chakra blockages. Then we will begin your session, whether it be Reiki, Channeled Crystal Healing or both. I will then place my hands over each chakra or area(s) in need of care. This will continue for 35-40mins.
During your session you may experience the energy in the form of sensations like heat, tingling or pulsating where I place my hands. This is normal! My patients have felt a sense of release and comfort afterwards and the effects of a treatment can last up to a week.
