Adding Reiki as a regular part of your self-care routine will change your relationship with your mind, body & spirit. My goal is for us to work together to heal and unblock chakras to begin or maintain your spiritual growth/journey just as I have for myself! I’ve learned the hard way how important proper self care really is and Reiki has definitely brought me balance, physically, mentally and spiritually.

Crystals and Energy Healing (Reiki) has taught me so much during my spiritual journey. As a healer I am able to walk in my purpose, share it with others and activate the same for you! It’s not about giving answers, as that’s not what I’m here to do, but to guide you through your journey and help heal trauma, anxiety and clear chakra blockages so that you are able grow and elevate spiritually.

I had to learn to help and heal myself before helping and healing others. It was and currently is the only way! I used crystals to heal my pain before even knowing it was a real practice because I was just following my intuition. AND I HEALED MY OWN PAIN. Reiki is also an extension of healing energy fields that I already possessed and was actively using when desperate to relieve my pain as well as others. This is only a small part of why and how I became an energy healer!

Experienced and Certified
I am Certified in Reiki 1 & 2. So I practice Reiki on myself and others to manage health and balance as well as practice virtually. Physical touch is not needed, Reiki is very powerful and energy work has no bounds!
